The Capitec Bank Education Credit Option works the same way as a student loan from any other bank in South Africa. The difference, however, is that this loan option caters specifically to students who want to apply to a fixed list of institutions that have partnered with Capitec to make this loan available.
Each college has its own application process, but they all direct the student to a page where they can get their loan estimate as a means of seeing if the student qualifies to apply. The different institutions and the steps to follow to apply them to each of them are detailed below:
- Stadio – If you would like to apply for a loan through this institution, click here. This link will lead to the Stadio loan application page. That function will redirect the student to the official Capitec page for applications, where the student would have to click the ‘Get estimate’ function. Thereafter, they will have to follow the prompts, such as sharing their personal information and so on, which will help the student choose a suitable credit option and measure whether or not they qualify for the loan.
